  • Very important that the cream cheese is at room temperature, or the dip will be lumpy.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix with a mixer. The mixer is important, too, or it will be lumpy.

This is yummy and so , so easy!!! I omiited the white sugar, but did add 2T of maple syrup, which was yummy. May I also suggest making sure to use the real Maple syrup. My in laws gave me a wonderful bottle of vermont maple syrup. It was sooooo good, and made a huge difference in the flavor. Thanks!!!

I have made this dip several times. I put a cherry on top. The left over cherries on mix with my fruit bowel of pineapple, grapes, blueberries, strawberries , & grapes. I serve with fruit on bottom, dip, & top with whipping cream on top in bowl. Hmm good!!

Awesome! I used it at a bbq last night. We carved out a pineapple and put it in as a dip bowl. Used blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Very much liked!

Wonderful! It's very simple and very good. I was a little worried how sweet it would be with all of the sugar, but I think the maple syrup really made an impact so that it wasn't overly sweet. Can't wait to make it for company. Thanks Kasper! Made for PAC Spring 2008.
