- 8 carrots
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
directions
- Prepare carrots and cut into 1"chunks.
- Cover with salt water until tender, drain.
- Meantime put remaining ingredients in a sauce pan. Heat stirring constantly until blended.
- Pou over carrots and blend well serve hot.
