This is an extraordinarily simple recipe that comes together in a snap! I usually increase the recipe as follows to make enough for a double crust pie shell or two pies: increase flour to a total of 2 cups, salt to a total of 1.5 teaspoons, and cold water to a total of 5 tablespoons. Makes a great savory crust (think chicken pot pie) as well as a traditional pie crust.
