  1. Thanks for a great breakfast recipe. I'm always on the lookout for things the picky husband and pickier children will eat in the morning. I cut the recipe in half, just in case, and it's good that I did, cause this is really filling. I used rolled oats, craisins rather than raisins, and accidentally used 1/3 cup sugar cause I didn't pay attention, so it's a little sweet. Threw all this in the medium sized crock pot last night before I went to bed, and this morning we have a lovely, firm, moist custardy oatmeal pudding. Thanks again!

<p>Cooking is my passion! I enjoy reading cookbooks; especially old church ones. I don't have a favorite published cookbook; our family has our own which we call the 'cooking bible.' We like to cook together and try new ethnic cuisines. I work as a business consultant. I never can understand people who don't enjoy cooking especially if they like eating. <br />&nbsp;<br /><br /><img title=Photo src=http://www.pickle.com/plink/ph/795B07337A4704307B51032E7C5A0433785C1C512307476E143E5A652E076C307C5C0A357F5A0439140741682C4659712C.jpg border=0 alt=coolmonday-particiation2 /> <br />&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;<br /><br />&nbsp;<br /><br /><br />&nbsp;<br /><br />&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;</p>
