- 3 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄3 cup coconut oil
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄3 cup coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds (Linseed)
- 3 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 tablespoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 tablespoon sea salt
directions
- Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil or line with baking paper.
- Mash banana and stir in eggs, honey and oil.
- Add the wet ingredients to the banana mix and stir until well-combined.
- Bake at 175°C/350°F for 50 minutes.
