  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, pecans, & salt.
  • Stir in egg whites.
  • Toss in apple slices until well coated.
  • Pour mixture into piecrust and bake 30-45 minutes.
  • Notes/Variations: To avoid burnt crust, cover crust with foil for first 20-25 minutes of baking.
