I love to try new recipes out. If my husband and I find a new food that we like, I immediately try to find a recipe so I can try making it on my own. I'm the type of person that needs a recipe. My husband can throw stuff together and make a meal; if I do that, I might as well throw it right in the garbage! In spite of this, with a recipe I'm a great cook, and I've slowly learned to experiment ... successfully! :o) And I love making food for other people. Apparently, I have "world famous" stuffed mushrooms (according to a woman I met at a mutual friend's baby shower, since said friend went on and on about them to her), but I'll never know - I hate mushrooms! But my family and friends like them, and the recipe was a success, so I'm happy to make it!
