This is an awesome recipe for us, it's quick, easy, and made w/PB! I didn't have my mixer so I had to stir by hand the best I could, first I mixed the cream cheese, PB, and powdered sugar, then folded in the Cool Whip. I melted some milk chocolate chips and drizzled it on top of the pie, next time I think I will pour some on the crust before pouring in the filling. Very rich and creamy...mmmm! Thanks for sharing :-)

Very rich indeed! The pie was very good, and very easy to make, though next time I will halve the sugar, it being too sweet for our tastes. I added 1/2 cup of melted chocolate and about 1/2 cup of chocolate chips to the pie too, to make it extra chocolatey--I think next time I will use that chocolate silk/peanut butter combo by Jif instead of regular peanut butter--I think that Nocilla or Nutella would work great too! I can't wait to make it again!

We took this to a church function and it was a hit. In fact, I only got a little sliver of it. I put a layer of chocolate fudge ice cream topping on the bottom and then drizzled some over the top too. It was rich and creamy and so easy to make. We will make this again. I did add a bit of the Cool Whip to the peanut butter mixture first to make it easier to stir. Then I added in the rest of the Cool Whip.
