No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
directions
- Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over the sides of the pan; set the pan aside.
- In a large microwaveable bowl, heat the margarine until melted.
- Stir in the powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and peanut butter; mix well.
- Spread into prepared pan.
- Put chocolate squares in a microwaveable bowl and melt on high about 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth; stir.
- Let chocolate cool just a little then pour over peanut butter mixture in pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate one hour or until set.
- Use the foil to lift out.
- Cut into squares and serve.

DH loved these. I went to post this recipe and saw that is was all ready here. I download mine from Kraft and they were called no-oven instead of no-bake. These are very rich. I would like to try it with milk chocolate next time and think it would also be good using crunchy peanut butter. Thank you for posting.
