  • 1. Melt butter in a medium sauce pan on med-high heat. Wisk in flour, salt, and milk.
  • 2. Add cheese and mix until smooth. Add cayenne to enhance color and flavor.
  • 3. If you want you can add ro*tel and/or taco meat to make a more complete nacho cheese.
