ingredients

• 4 ounces steak, grilled and sliced
• 2 cups red leaf lettuce
• 1⁄4 yellow squash, thinly sliced
• 1 teaspoon green onion, sliced
• 1 roma tomato, sliced
• 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 slice French bread, small homemade
• 1 teaspoon butter, unsalted

directions

1. Assemble salad, butter bread and serve it on the side. Enjoy!
