- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried tarragon
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons mustard seeds, crushed
directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
- Place chicken breasts in oven-proof bowl or casserole dish.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Pour lemon juice over chicken, then sprinkle chicken with tarragon and crushed mustard seed.
