  • Combine swiss cheese with softened butter.
  • Remove stems from mushrooms.
  • Stuff mushroom caps with cheese mixture.
  • Place mushrooms on a greased cookie sheet and broil about 6 inches from broiler until mushrooms are cooked and the cheese is melted (2 to 3 minutes).
