• 2 pieces pullman bread
• 2 ounces ham, SLICED THIN
• 2 ounces turkey, SLICED THIN
• 1 slice cheese, SWISS
• 1 slice cheese, AMERICAN
• 1 cup flour
• 1 egg
• 1 cup soda water

directions

1. FOR THE SANDWICH:

2. Place one piece of bread on prep surface. Place Swiss cheese on bread, then ham.
3. On top of second piece of bread, place turkey, and then American cheese.

4. FOR THE BATTER:

5. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
6. Fry sandwich in oil until golden brown.
