  • mix cream cheese, powered sugar, flavoring, & food coloring (optional) with hands in large mixing bowl.
  • shape or press into molds.
  • roll in sugar to reduce stickiness.

  1. These are really great and easy to make! Just make sure the cream cheese is room temperature as it makes it easier to mix. Also, after I rolled out the balls, I cooled some of them in the refrigerator for an hour so they set and then I coated those balls in chocolate. The room temperature balls I rolled in the sugar first and it seemed to stick better. The mix of the chocolate covered and sugar covered balls were a hit. Thanks!
