Mini Meatloafs

"i have trying to find the best way to make meatloaf for a long time ....and i got one finally"

• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 11 muffins
• Serves: 11

ingredients

• 2 lbs ground beef
• 1 egg
• 2 cups tomato sauce
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon hot dry mustard
• 1 cup breadcrumbs

directions

1. mix all ingredients togeather except 1/2 cup sauce.
2. used a 1/2 cup measure to put in muffin tin.
3. put remander sauce on top.
4. put in oven for 1 hr on 350.

This was good and easy to make. I only used about a cup of tomato sauce in the mixture. I also ran out of breadcrumbs so I used 3/4 cup wheat breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup oatmeal. I made a loaf instead of mini ones. I cooked for an hour and twenty minutes. We would have liked it a bit better with ketchup on top instead of the tomato sauce but we did enjoy it.
