Miku's Marinade

"This is a recipe that my daughter in law prepared for us on tri tip steak. I have used it on pork and chicken as well and it is delish."

 

• Ready In: 3hrs 20mins
• Ingredients: 10
• Yields: 2-3 pounds of meat
• Serves: 3-4

ingredients

• 1 cup soy sauce
• 6 ounces Pepsi
• 5 chopped green onions
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1⁄3 cup sugar
• 1 dash Accent seasoning
• 1 dash black pepper
• 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
• 3 tablespoons sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon fresh ginger

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Marinate beef 3-4 hours or overnight If possible.
3. Grill.

This is an excellent marinade!! I used it as a dipping sauce for fried chicken wings. It worked out really well. While the wings were frying, I poured the marinade into a small saucepan and brought it to a boil. I then simmered it for about 20 minutes to bring the flavors out more. I will definitely be making this again, as both a marinade and as a dipping sauce. Thanks for a great recipe!!

This is a delicious marinade. I followed the recipe exactly except I don't ever use accent. We used top sirloin steak. My DH loved this. Will be using this again. Thank you for a great recipe. Made for PAC 07 Fall.
