  • 34 ounce Midori melon liqueur
  • 1 12 ounces appleton rum
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 12 lime
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup or 4 teaspoons sugar
  • club soda

directions

  • Muddle mint leaves and lime in rocks glass. Cover with simple syrup and fill with ice. Add Rum, Midori and club soda; stir well. Garnish with lime wedge and sprigs of mint.

    Oh Baby! This is a great way to do a Mojito!! I used regular sugar (I didn't feel like making simple syrup) and it worked out great! The hint of melon really works with the lime and mint. I just love a good mojito. I even made a second one to make sure :). Gracias Lazy Chef!! Made for Las Mistico Magicos Sirenas - ZWT5.
