  • Pour vinegar over herbs. Cover tightly and steep 2-3 weeks.
  • Strain into decorative bottle. Add a cinnamon stick for decoration.

  1. Very nice flavour. I'm not 100% sure about the addition of the cinnamon and it came out surprisingly strong in my vinegar. I'll either use a smaller stick next time, or just leave it out completely. Used it in a caesar-style salad today and it was very nice.
