Very easy, quick meal. Tasty too! I changed it up a bit. Added to the meat mixture: 6 big cloves of garlic, minced, 1 tablespoon (approx. I don't measure) lemongrass, 1 tablespoon rosemary (I grind it fine so the flavor blends). Everything else I did the same. I havr a 1250 watt MW and it was ground chuck. I cooked it the full 13 minutes. After allowing it to rest, it was heaven on earth. I never made meatloaf in the MW before but I'm sold on it now!

What wattage microwave was used for your meatloaf? Do I need to adjust the recipe?

There is no mention of covering the meatloaf in the microwave. I plan on putting a paper towel over the top just splatter.

I have been using this recipe for years and it’s the only meatloaf I make now. The duplicate ingredient for the topping sauce is an error. It should have been 1 tbsp of mustard.
