Mexican White Sauce

"I was served this sauce at a hotel restaurant in Loreto, Mexico last year, with chips and queso fundido. I think I was there best customer for the rest of my stay!"

• Yields: 3 cups
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 medium onion
• 4 jalapeno chilies
• 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
• 1 cup milk
• 1⁄2 lb very fresh scallops
• 10 drops Worcestershire sauce
• salt and pepper

directions

1. Coarsely chop onion and chilies.
2. Add all ingredients except salt and pepper to blender, blend on hi speed until smooth.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
