ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 4 jalapeno chilies
- 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄2 lb very fresh scallops
- 10 drops Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
directions
- Coarsely chop onion and chilies.
- Add all ingredients except salt and pepper to blender, blend on hi speed until smooth.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
