• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 3 cups monterey jack cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1⁄2 cup sweet onion
• 1 cup green chili
• 1⁄4 cup cilantro

directions

1. blend:

2. sour cream.
3. green chilies.
4. sweet onions.
5. cilantro.
6. melt butter in pan.

7. then add:

8. cheese.
9. and all blended ingredients.
10. serve over enchiladas.
