  • In large saucepan mix brown sugar, cream and butter.
  • Bring to soft ball stage on thermometer.
  • Stir in vanilla.
  • Add pecans - stirring constantly.
  • Drop immediately by teaspoon fulls on waxed paper.
  • Let cool. Store in tightly covered container.
