- 1 cup cubed cantaloupe
- 1 teaspoon chopped crystallized ginger
- 2⁄3 cup nonfat milk
- 1⁄4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 ice cubes
- 1⁄2 tablespoon honey
directions
- Puree cantaloupe and ginger in blender.
- Add milk. yogurt, ice cubes and honey and puree.
- Makes 2 cups.
