• 6 leaves red leaf lettuce, torn, washed and dried
• 1⁄2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
• 1 ounce blue cheese
• 6 ounces cantaloupe, sliced
• 1 kumquat, sliced
• 1 -2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
