DIRECTIONS

  • Saute onion and green pepper until almost soft; add garlic and saute for another 1-2 minutes; remove from heat and set aside.
  • Combine meats and set aside.
  • Beat the egg; add the spices, Worcestershire, and wine. Beat together.
  • Add the onion mix to the egg mixture, stir together, and add to the meat. Incorporate well.
  • Fold the cheese into the meat mixture.
  • Place in greased 3-1/2 x 6 loaf pan and bake at 375° for 35-45 minutes.
