ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup cracker, crushed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- Make into one inch balls, place on jellyroll pan.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Serve alone or with favorite spagetti sauce.

I have the feeling these would have been great except I was stupid and over cooked them!! I added a little basil, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, and dehydrated onion to the crackers and ran them through my magic bullet to really pulverize them, it smelled amazing! The inside of the meatballs was nice and light and flavorful! the outside....lets just say if I had a field hockey table they would have made great balls!! But that was entirely MY fault! Thank for the great idea!! :)I'll review these again when I remember to set a timer!! I served these with #259677 Classic Risotto.
