Meatball Sub Bake

"Got this from Tasty on FB. DH told me about it and keeps saying he now knows how to cook (very funny). They have some great quick easy recipes on video. The sauce I've guessed on size jar, you can use more or less to your taste. I've not yet prepared it but I'm having for dinner for DH tonight."

  • 8 refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 24 frozen mini meatballs
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C.
  • Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Cut each refrigerated biscuit into 8 pieces.
  • Pour on the sauce, stir to coat all sides of the biscuits. Place the meatballs on top of the mixture.
  • Top with the shredded cheese, and bake for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
