- Ready In:
- Place eggs in a pot and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cover pot.
- Turn off heat for 6 minutes.

6 minutes too long in mid- Florida. Will have to do trial and error. I will try 5 minutes next time. May have to go to 4 1/2 , I just do not want runny whites. None at all. But want yolks runny. I think I saw a video on this site that said same process, even using eggs right out of refrigerator, and that was 3-4 minutes. Had not tried that yet, saw this and really wanted to make sure not under cooked. Better a little over than under, as if under, they become trash.
