This is an excellent marinade. I ran out of time so this is what I did. I mixed the marinade in an oblong glass pan. Then I put it into the microwave a couple of minutes to get it hot. Then I put my frozen steaks in the marinade. I left them for about 10 minutes and then turned them over. Three times after that I turned the meat after microwaving the meat in the marinade for 5 minutes each time at power 30%. The I cooked them on my grill pan until medium rare. They wre wonderful. So if you don't have time to marinade for hours...this is a short cut. BTW I think this would be a good marinade for chicken as well.
