ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1⁄3 cup cider vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon thyme, finely cut
- salt and pepper
directions
- In a bowl combine all of the ingredients together. Refrigerate.
- Just before serving whisk together vigourously to make sure it comes together.
