- 1 lb duck, Ground Meat
- 2 tablespoons onions, Finely Chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1⁄2 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon thyme
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
directions
- In deep bowl combine all ingredients until well blended. Mixture can be shaped in 2 ways.
- Shape into 24 large marble-sized balls. Freeze. Bake unthawed, starting out in cold oven, at 325° for 20-25 minutes.
- OR Shape into 8 1/4 cup patties. Freeze. Bake unthawed, starting out in cold oven, at 325° for 20-25 minutes. Serves 4, 2 patties each.
