  1. I really enjoyed this tasty coffee. It was sweet and had great depth. Deep and robust. I enjoyed this very much...thanks for sharing.

  2. This was tasty and a different way to have coffee!! Did add a bit more maple syrup after reading the different reviews! Thanks Mandy!

  3. After reading the reviews, I added more maple syrup. It tastes great but why oh why am I still partial to splenda/sugar in my coffee. Thanks for letting me try this though, Mandy! Made for WZT4.

  4. This didn't taste very good for me at first, either. So I upped the amount to a total of 2 TABLESPOONS maple syrup, then it was pretty good. And next time I'll just go ahead and add 3 whole Tbl., but maybe I just like it sweeter and a stronger maple flavor. Not bad by any means, though! :) May just need a little tweaking is all. ;) Made for the ZWT4

  5. I enjoyed the slight hint of maple in this cappuccino, but I did need to add a few more teaspoons to really taste it. Yummy! Thanks Mandy! Made for ZWT 4.

Tweaks

  1. This is great, I love the maple. I'll admit to using 3/4 tsp of maple extract in place of the syrup to cut the sugar and I replaced the sweetness with some Splenda. The espresso/maple blend is pure pleasure and the sprinkle of cocoa is a nice little touch. It's made in no time and something that I'll make again. Thanks Mandy.

Melbourne I live on a 5 acre property in the Dandenong Ranges Victoria, Australia, having moved from the burbs when I became pregnant with my now 15 year old daughter Alyssa. Once my daughter was born I became a stay at home mum as I couldn't bear the thought of putting her in daycare. She is the light of my life, I never imagined myself as a mum when younger but now wouldn't have it any other way. Alyssa was made a big sister on the 19th April 2010 when our cheeky little boy Blake was born. I love cooking and experimenting with new recipes so quickly become addicted to Zaar as it was previously known & still use it regularly. In addition to being my kids taxi  I also spend my time, reading, gardening and of course shopping. I'm lucky enough that we have the space & so love growing our own fruits, vegies & herbs, this also means we have plenty of room for animals & at the moment have 2 dogs, Max, a Jackshund who's 6, Fletcher, a Kelpie who's 4, 6 cats Snowpea, Fergus, Ginger, Tango, Annie & Cookie, 4 chooks & 2 Ducks. As well as our pets, we also have a lot of native animals around our area, we have kangaroos, wombats, echidna's, possums as well as rosella's, galah's & Cockatoo's hence the name of where I live..
