- 1 lb salad macaroni
- 3 scallions, chopped finely
- 2 carrots, grated coarsely
- 2⁄3 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1⁄8 cup honey
- 1⁄4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1⁄8 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
directions
- Cook noodles, then drain and rinse in cold water, and drain again.
- Add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly.
- Chill for 1 hour.
