  • In a medium bowl, beat the honey, butter and mango together with a wooden spoon or electric beater.
  • Transfer to a small bowl and serve with bread.

    We all enjoyed this mango-flavored butter. I made it specifically to enjoy with recipe #29185. But it went well on so many other breads, too. It was just so super delicious with the Tropical Coconut Bread though. Thanks for sharing, Hey Jude. Made for Zaar Cookbook tag game.

    This was lovely although I must admit I didn't stick to the proportions in the recipe. I had 3/4 cup of mango and used 1/2 cup of honey. That seemed enough honey for our tastes. I estimated the butter. Nevertheless it turned out great and I can't stop eating it!

    My MIL makes the best cinnamon swirl bread...it is even better with this Mango Butter. I used unsalted butter and toasted my thick-sliced bread slightly. Heaven. Thanks.

    This was just wonderful on poppy seed bread!!!! And it didn't even last 3 days in my house!!!!! We have gone thru 3 loaves of bread which is heaps for my family. Try this recipe, you will love it!
