- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, whole kernel corn with bell peppers, drained
- 1 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 medium mango, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, coarsley chopped
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin
directions
- In a medium bowl, combine black beans, corn, tomato, mango, onion, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt.
- Serve with baked tortilla or pita chips.

Have had black bean salsas before, but your recipe, with the addition of mango, makes the salsa especially tasty & enjoyable! Definitely a recipe worth keeping!
