Quick and simple to make. I made a few additions to give it some more flavor. I added extra onions and some chopped red bell pepper. I also stirred some shredded cheddar in the casserole as well as sprinkled some on top. Thanx for sharing this. I love to find new things to do with those mac & cheese mixes!

This was Yummy!! I added more onion (about 1/2 c.) to the ground beef as it browned. I also think instead of using a box of mac & cheese, you could simple use a cup of noodles & add a cup of shredded cheese. I didn't think the boxed mac & cheese added more flavor. I topped the casserole with durkees fried onions before baking -- wonderful flavor!!

Wow!! Jesse ate his dinner tonight!!! This looked quick and easy and I was hoping that my grandson would eat it. I did change it though. I added sliced hot dogs instead of ground beef. And I used Cheddar Cheese soup instead of cream of mushroom soup. This is the way I want my mac n cheese cooked from now on. No matter what kind of meat is in it. Thank you
