Low Fat Banana Bread Remake ! :)

  • Mash bananas in bowl.
  • Add other ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour into large sprayed loaf pan, or muffin tins if you wish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 5 minutes or until wooden skewer comes out clean.

  1. These are very moist for being low-fat. I made the muffin option, and made 6 of them as written and 6 with added cinnamon and mace. I baked them about 18 minutes. I preferred the flavor of the ones with the added spices. I liked the addition of oatmeal in these. Gave them some texture. I also used half sugar and half Splenda. Thanks for a good basic recipe that can be adapted to personal tastes. Made for Fall 2008 PAC.
