Low Carb Coconut Almond Granola

ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup ground flax seed meal
- 2⁄3 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 ounces sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1⁄3 cup eyrithral artificial sweetener
directions
- Melt the coconut oil in the microwave in a large bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Spread out on a baking sheet in one layer.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest so it will get crunchy.
- Serving size is 1/3 C.
