DIRECTIONS

  • Melt the coconut oil in the microwave in a large bowl.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Spread out on a baking sheet in one layer.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest so it will get crunchy.
