  • Microwave broccoli and chicken until defrosted and drain well.
  • In a large pot melt butter and sautee garlic for a few minutes on medium low heat.
  • Dice the cream cheese and add to pot. Melt thoroughly.
  • Add the heavy whipping cream and raise heat to medium. Ensure cream cheese is mixed well.
  • Add in the chicken bouillon and pepper.
  • Add parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, stir until melted.
  • Stir in the chicken and broccoli until well coated. Continue to cook until it thickens slightly.
  • Pour into a 13x9 casserole baking dish.
  • Top with the 1 cup of mozzerella cheese and broil on high in oven. Broil until cheese turns golden brown to give it a nice crunch.
  • Remove from oven and let it sit for 15 min before eating.
