- 1⁄2 cup Crystal Lite beverage
- 1⁄2 banana
- 4 ice cubes
directions
- Add 1/2 - 3/4 cup of your favorite crystal light beverage (I like fruit punch), 1/2 bananna, 4-5 ice cubes in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy.
- Adjust ingredients to your preferred consistency. Try your favorite fruits.

Retired on a small 4 acre "hobby farm" in the Piney Woods of Southeast Texas. I always seem be "watching" my weight, counting calories, (or NOT and gaining weight) and always looking for new delicous, satisfying, low calorie recipes (so I can eat alot more and not feel deprived, when on a daily 1600 - 1800 calorie budget)
