- 1⁄2 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 limes, zest of
- 1⁄2 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan.
- Boil to make a reduction.
- Let cool to room temperature.
- Serve over pound cake or fruit.
