ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup honey
• 1⁄2 cup lime juice
• 2 tablespoons mustard
• 2 tablespoons cilantro (roughly chopped in food processor)
• 1⁄4 tablespoon dry rub seasonings (or any premix spice mixture with chilies, pepper, thyme, etc.)

directions

1. Blend honey, lime juice and mustard; add cilantro and dry rub seasonings.
2. Serve at room temperature.
