"This refreshing sherbet coctail comes from the "Lettuce" bar in Wichita Kansas."

ingredients

• 1 1⁄4 ounces vodka
• 8 ounces Orange sherbet
• 1 ounce orange juice
• whipped cream
• 1 maraschino cherry

directions

1. Place all ingredients, except whipped cream and cherry, with 1/2 cup crushed ice in blender.
2. Blend until slushy.
3. Pour into 17 oz. brandy snifter.
4. Top with swirl of whipped cream.
5. Garnish with cherry.
6. Enjoy!
