- 3 -4 stalks lemongrass, bruised
- 200 ml water
- 400 ml green tea, prepared
- sugar
directions
- Boil lemongrass in water for 10 minutes until colour comes out.
- Combine with tea and add sugar to taste.
- Serve hot or cold from refrigerator.
