ingredients
- 1 1 lb salmon or 1 lb any other cooked white fish fillet
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped chives
- 1 lemon, rind of, finely grated
- 1 -2 teaspoon lemon juice (or to taste)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
directions
- Finely shred crabmeat or fish
- Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl.
- Add crabmeat and mix well.
- Chill for at least an hour.
