- 1 cup low-fat eggnog
- 1 cup low-fat frozen yogurt (we like TCBY's vanilla frozen yogurt)
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 cup crushed ice
directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- If you wish, you can sprinkle the dash of nutmeg to the top of the smoothie instead of blending it in with the other ingredients.
