  • Using a food processor, finely chop the onion, celery, carrots, kale, tomatoes and orange pepper.
  • Heat oil in large stew pot over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté all veggies until soft, about 10 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Add Worchestershire and tomato sauce, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the turkey stock, Vegeta if using and seasoning salt.
  • Bring to a boil and then decrease temperature to simmer for 45 minutes. (At this point, you could use an immersion blender for picky eaters).
  • Add the cooked rice, balsamic, turkey and heat through. .
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
