ingredients
directions
- In a frying pan, Melt 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine.
- put spaghetti and sauce in pan; Fry, as if you were making hashbrowns, the bottom will get brown, and then flip.
- If you need to add more butter or margarine, go ahead and add it at any time. And it really doesn't matter how much Spaghetti and sauce you have leftover.
- Do not use oil in this recipe, it will not taste the same.

Wow!!! You are a genius! This was absolutely fantastic!!! So fast and simple, yet so delicious! My wife thought that leftover spaghetti could not taste good, even less fried. I had tried several leftover spaghetti recipes before without much success, but wanted to try again, because I hate throwing away food. Yours is the ticket!!! My 6 and 1 1/2 year old daughters loved it too, which is an extra bonus. Thank you so much for providing a solution to the leftover spaghetti problem which I had had for years! Saulo

this is a very very good way to change up leftover spaghetti. i used a spaghetti recipe off here that was alright last night but tonight i used the leftovers for this and added some shredded parm cheese out of a bag as i was cooking it and it turned out really really good!!! it was very cheesy and buttery tasting! i had to use an addl 1 tbsp of margarine about 10 min into cooking it. very good! will def do again w/ any leftover spaghetti! mmm yummy! thanks Denise for posting!
