  • 12 cup chopped kim chee
  • 1 tablespoon kim chee juice
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, quartered

  • Put all ingredients into blender; cover and blend 1 minute. Chill. Serve with crisp vegetables or chips.

  1. I love Korean food and make it often. But, Kim chee dip? This I had to try. I tasted this while I was blending and decided I like a bit of soy sauce (1 1/2 tsp) and sesame seeds (1 tsp) added and this dip came out awfully good. I topped it with some kari kari ume which is crunchy pickled Japanese ume. Thank you Rita for posting this simple, but delish recipe!
